2. User-Generated Content
Our platform allows freelance guides to upload profiles, descriptions, and photographs.
- Responsibility: The guide (User) retains ownership of their original content but warrants that they have the right to use and upload it.
- License: By uploading content to Hire4guides, the user grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of promoting their services and operating the platform.
3. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
If you believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the URL).
- Contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
